How we work with teams

We don’t start with training.
We start with understanding what’s really going on in the team.
We work beneath the surface of declarations and good intentions.

We work as a duo, combining a systems perspective, data work and experience working with teams in change.

We do not step into the role of “experts on everything.”

We step into the role of helping teams see what really affects their collaboration – and take responsibility for it.

What we don't do

  • ready-made training courses “for all”

  • working on guesswork

  • motivational talks

  • solutions without diagnosis

What we do

  • we work on data and real situations

  • we talk about the difficult and the unspeakable

  • we are sorting out thinking about what a team is

  • We help define the specific arrangements to be implemented

What we believe in

  • A team is a system, not the sum of individuals.

  • Psychological safety is a responsibility, not a comfort.

  • Talent is a potential, not a ready-made solution.

  • Without data, it’s easy to be wrong.
