Offer of cooperation

We work with individuals, leaders and teams.

We offer both specific forms of individual support and development processes for organizations.

Individual support

These are forms of work for people who want to look at their talents, way of thinking or professional challenges in a safe, individual format. In individual work, we use different diagnostic perspectives – depending on the goal and situation of the person we are working with.

Gallup shows how you act and what you get energy from, DISC D3 shows how you interact and communicate, and cognitive coaching shows how you think, interpret and make decisions.

Cognitive coaching

Cognitive coaching focuses on the way we think, interpret situations and make decisions. It’s working on how reaction patterns are formed and what realistically influences our choices, emotions and actions.

For whom

  • For those in a decision-making impasse,

  • With overload, pressure, burnout,

  • when the problem is not in “lack of competence,” but in the mindset.

Individual consultations for leaders

This is an individual form of work for managers and leaders who face real team or decision-making challenges.

During the consultation, we are working on, among other things:

  • Difficult situations in the team,

  • decisions that have consequences for people and results,

  • The way a leader reacts under pressure,

  • accountability, boundaries and influence. These are not “motivational sessions.”

It’s a space to think, organize and make decisions.

Cooperation with teams and organizations

We work with teams in the form of workshops, cycles and development processes. We design each cooperation individually – no ready-made packages.
Below you will find sample forms of working with teams.

Gallup Talents or Sources of Superpowers

This is a specific, closed series of 4 workshops, which can be carried out as a whole or, by arrangement, in selected stages.
Each workshop has a clearly defined goal and logically builds the next step of the team’s work.

Talents in the team

A common language and a foundation for teamwork

Purpose of the workshop
To build a common understanding of talents and how the diversity of natural ways of doing things affects the daily work of the team.

What we work on

  • What talents are and what they are not,

  • How talent differences affect thinking, acting and communicating,

  • How to avoid simplification and labeling.

Effect

  • A common language around talent,

  • Greater acceptance of differences within the team,

  • A solid base for further work.

Talent under pressure

Why what is a strength is sometimes a problem

Purpose of the workshop
To see how talents work under tension, time pressure and conflict.

What we work on

  • How talents “twist” under stress,

  • What reactions occur in difficult situations,

  • Which helps the team get back to working together effectively.

Effect

  • greater awareness of one’s own reactions and the reactions of others,

  • Reduce tensions arising from disagreements,

  • Specific arrangements for cooperation in difficult moments.

Manage talent

Talent management (according to Gallup) in managerial practice

Purpose of the workshop
Translate talents into real team situations and daily cooperation.

What we work on

  • How individual talents reveal themselves in teamwork,

  • Where talents complement each other, and where they come into tension,

  • How to consciously take advantage of differences instead of neutralizing them.

Effect

  • Better understanding of each other’s reactions,

  • greater clarity of roles and contributions of individuals,

  • concrete conclusions for daily cooperation.

Individual talent work

From awareness to strength

Purpose of the workshop

Equipping participants with the ability to consciously regulate talents so as to transform them into mature, stable strengths – including in demanding team situations.

What we work on

  • observing talents in their daily work and recognizing signals of their overload or immaturity,

  • consciously regulate the expression of talent according to the context and role in the team.

Effect

  • greater self-awareness of how one’s own talents work,

  • The ability to respond to signals of overload and immaturity,

  • Strengthen real influence and effectiveness in teamwork

UNDER THE AIR or what helps the team breathe

Condition for participation

Each participant of the workshop prior to its implementation completes the TPS – Psychological Safety survey.
The results of the survey are the starting point and the main material for the workshop work.

UNDER

Team workshop based on the results of the TPS survey

What you can’t see at first glance, but what determines the results

In many teams, the problems don’t lie in competence, procedures or motivation. They lie beneath the surface – in whether people feel safe enough to speak directly, ask questions, admit mistakes and take responsibility.

This workshop goes right there.
Not to declarations, but to real behaviors and decisions that build or undermine cooperation every day.

The starting point is the TPS – Psychological Safety survey, completed by all participants before the workshop. This ensures that the team’s work is based on facts, not guesses or “generic models.”

This is a suggestion for teams that want to:

  • understand why certain things “don’t work,” despite good intentions,

  • name the unspoken tensions,

  • Rebuild trust, accountability and open communication.

TEAM PANORAMA or a workshop combining different diagnoses

The starting point for the work is the completion of three diagnostic tests by all participants:

  • CliftonStrengths® (Gallup talents)

  • DISC D3

  • TPS – Psychological Security

Workshops can combine different diagnostic perspectives – depending on the situation and the real needs of the team.

TEAM PANORAMA

Team workshop based on the results of the TPS survey

Teams rarely act exactly as they are said to.
Beneath the declarations of “cooperation,” “commitment” and “accountability” lie differing perspectives, unspoken tensions and conflicting expectations.

The team panorama allows you to look at the team from a distance – as a whole, not a collection of individuals.
It shows how the system works, not just individual behaviors.

This is a workshop for teams that want to:

  • understand where they really are as a team,

  • see the differences in the perception of cooperation,

  • name what has been “in the background” so far,

  • sort out further development activities.

It’s not about ratings or labels.
It’s about consciously seeing the picture of the team as it is – before making further decisions.
