Talented employees of the division were included in the program. Our task was to build practical process competence and systemic problem-solving skills in this group using methods and techniques from the Lean world. The joint adventure with this group lasted 2 years and took the form of intensive training and coaching. Each person in the program received practical exercises in process thinking and systemic problem solving.
As a result of this program, process thinking and acting, as well as practical problem-solving skills according to Lean, have become permanently embedded in the activities of Risk employees at mBank S.A.
