Leader's truthfulness

People will only trust leaders if they speak the truth. How to tell the truth in a business environment where there are many restrictions due to confidentiality and sensitivity of information?

I share three rules on how to tell the truth to subordinates directly, without corporate jargon and unnecessary ornamentation. In addition, I present three extremely typical and, unfortunately, quite common situations in which pseudo-leaders try to manipulate, confabulate and even lie.
