For the past three years, we have been supporting organizations in the development of individuals performing and aspiring to the role of Scrum Master. The program is designed for companies that expect not just a passing certification, but real readiness to work in a role supporting teams and leaders in an agile environment.
The program is based on the author’s method of three iterations: from the foundations of Scrum (empiricism, values, responsibilities, artifacts and events), through the analysis of specific decision-making situations and Scrum Master attitudes, to the precise mastery of the Scrum language and exam traps.
READINESS
A key differentiator of the program is the individual 1:1 work and the full responsibility of the instructor for the participant’s readiness for the exam. It is not the participant who decides when to approach the certification. The decision is made by the instructor – only when he or she is sure that the person is ready to act as a Scrum Master, not just pass the test. If readiness is not sufficient, the development process continues at no additional cost.
PROOF
Due to this approach, all program participants passed the Professional Scrum Master I exam on the first try, achieving scores above 95%. The competencies developed in this way are used today in such organizations as:
