Anna Żak

I don’t want to change people. I want to create conditions for people to develop their skills and believe that everything is possible.

About me

I am a trainer, coach, and enthusiast of Lean and agile management methods.

I enjoy working with people who are open to new experiences, unafraid to take risks, forget, what they already know in order to learn something new. I am fascinated by the process of learning.  I like to exchange information, share insights or offer tips on how to do things more easily, efficiently or quickly.

I have many years of experience managing teams of several to dozens of people. I have worked in many areas of the banking sector. From sales and customer service, loans, collections, after-sales service, leading non-IT projects, business analysis in IT projects, to leading transformation projects, training and employee development.

Education and certifications

I graduated from International Economic and Political Relations at the University of Lodz.

I have gained knowledge and experience in many areas. My knowledge is backed by certificates:

  1. Talent management according to Gallup – Strengths Community
  2. PSM II Scrum Master – scrum.org
  3. Faciltator – Pathways Facilitation School
  4. MINI MBA -. International Business Management Institute
  5. PRINCE2 Practitioner – Axelos Global Best Practice

Privately ...

I like to cook something from nothing, DIY, paint pictures and, of course, gain new experiences. I devote a lot of time to my four-legged friends: dog Simba, female dog Mia, she-cat Spot. It gives me great pleasure to see how seemingly hostile species can establish a close relationship and even miss each other. I also like to “do nothing”, only it’s a waste of my time 🙂
