It is not the leader who is the hero of the team. It is the team that is supposed to be the hero because of the leader.
Servant leadership is not a soft style. It’s a hard decision: I give up control to build team strength. A servant leader is not a dresser in the theater. He knows when to get on stage and when to get off stage. In this training, you will learn the proprietary SPINE™ model, which shows you how to be the backbone of the team, not its neck. SPINE = Support, Presence, Integrity, Nurture, Enable. You will learn how to remove obstacles, develop autonomy and empower accountability in the spirit of Lean and Scrum. This training dispels myths.
Servility is not a weakness. It’s a competency that makes the team resilient, self-reliant and fast. Because a true leader does not shine – he ignites others.
How do we conduct workshops?
We work with a group of up to 15 people. Otherwise it would be a lecture. We provide the minimum necessary knowledge and the maximum possible practice.
At our workshops, you don’t need to take notes on anything. We provide a comprehensive workbook. The manual contains everything that was covered at the workshop. We want the participant to focus on participation. Not by taking notes.
What methods do we use during the workshop?
Design Learning – a designed experience in which knowledge is discovered through experiment, experience. Not from a lecture.
Case Clash – involves clashing teams in solving real-world challenges. Teams work under pressure of time and results. Just like in real life.
Reality Rehearsal – this is an intensive “trial rehearsal ” that, through “dry-run” and “mock-up” techniques, tests the resilience of ideas developed by trainees.
MindQuest – we use a dynamic game of questions that leads participants through five realms of knowledge to a master decision.
Verdict Lab – Participants select their concepts and solutions in a process modeled on the Anglo-Saxon courtroom proceedings.
LIVE scenario games – we use scenarios based on real-life situations in games and simulations. Our games include hot negotiations, crisis situations. There are failures, escalations. Every decision is followed by another dilemma.
Storytelling 3.0 – all our training projects are based on a selected, real-life and highly inspiring story, the analysis of which helps participants discover key mechanisms, hidden paradigms and non-obvious solutions.
The training is aimed at:
