You don’t have to work harder or faster. All you have to do is start working better and smarter.
TWI MP (Training-Within-Industry, MP – Methods of Work) is the oldest and one of the most effective methods for optimizing bench work. Simple, based on 4 steps that help people improve their work on their own. Without the need to involve consultants or managers. The method has worked for more than 70 years – in factories, offices, service points. And it still works. On the first day of training you learn about the method. On the second – you apply it in practice, analyzing and improving a specific workstation.
You learn from a real-world example. From theory to immediate practice and results.
How do we conduct workshops?
We work with a group of up to 15 people. Otherwise it would be a lecture. We provide the minimum necessary knowledge and the maximum possible practice.
At our workshops, you don’t need to take notes on anything. We provide a comprehensive workbook. The manual contains everything that was covered at the workshop. We want the participant to focus on participation. Not by taking notes.
What methods do we use during the workshop?
Design Learning – a designed experience in which knowledge is discovered through experiment, experience. Not from a lecture.
Case Clash – involves clashing teams in solving real-world challenges. Teams work under pressure of time and results. Just like in real life.
Reality Rehearsal – this is an intensive “trial rehearsal ” that, through “dry-run” and “mock-up” techniques, tests the resilience of ideas developed by trainees.
MindQuest – we use a dynamic game of questions that leads participants through five realms of knowledge to a master decision.
Verdict Lab – Participants select their concepts and solutions in a process modeled on the Anglo-Saxon courtroom proceedings.
LIVE scenario games – we use scenarios based on real-life situations in games and simulations. Our games include hot negotiations, crisis situations. There are failures, escalations. Every decision is followed by another dilemma.
Storytelling 3.0 – all our training projects are based on a selected, real-life and highly inspiring story, the analysis of which helps participants discover key mechanisms, hidden paradigms and non-obvious solutions.
The training is aimed at:
