Trade Off Matrix
Using this tool in advance protects the project manager, the project team and the project itself from unexpected changes in the course of the project. With this practice, the project manager
methodically determines in advance which key elements of the project can be extended, which must not change, and which are to compensate for these changes.
Deviation Management
Correctly classifying the four types of deviations in the course of a project and using the my proprietary baseball model allows the project team to recognize time and quality deviations and manage them in a methodical way. As a result, despite deviations that will always happen, the project is kept on track.
Short Interval Control (SIC) tool.
The use of this tool in monitoring the course of the project will ensure quick and effective management of the project course. Short SIC type meetings work like a good engine in vehicles.
